The role
Administer head contracts and subcontracts, including scopes, orders and agreements
Manage variations and claims from pricing through to approval
Maintain contract registers, notices and correspondence
Identify contractual risks early and advise project teams

About you
3-5 years' contract administration experience in construction, fit-out, building services or similar
Live environment experience preferred (e.g. occupied buildings, healthcare, retail, education)
Solid communication, negotiation and organisational skills
