Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Agency & Vendor Coordination
Act as the daily liaison for external digital marketing agencies (PPC/Google Ads, Meta/Facebook/Instagram Ads, SEO, and web/IT developers).
Track campaign timelines, deliverables, asset approvals, and monthly performance reports.
Ensure clinic locations, operating schedules, pricing updates, and doctor profiles are accurately reflected across all ad campaigns and landing pages.
2. Local SEO & Google Business Profiles (GBP)
Manage and optimise Google Business Profiles across our national network of clinic locations.
Ensure strict NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency, update operating hours, upload fresh clinic photos, and coordinate promotional Google Posts.
Monitor incoming Google reviews across all brands and ensure timely, qualified responses.
3. B2B GP & Medical Outreach Program




Coordinate and manage our quarterlyGP Desk Packmailing program to medical practices within our clinic catchments:Maintain clean, verified postal databases of local GP clinics.
Coordinate printing and fulfillment of branded referral pads, doctor introduction letters, and clinical memos.
Track outreach dispatch and monitor inbound GP referral patterns.
4. Multi-Brand Campaign Support
Assist with campaign delivery and localized marketing collateral forHeartCheck AustraliaandEmployfit(corporate wellness and B2B employer outreach).
Assist with simple content updates across WordPress (Elementor) and our CRM/marketing automation platform (GoHighLevel) as needed.
About You
Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or marketing administration (experience in healthcare, medical clinics, or multi-location services is highly regarded).
Vendor Management: Confident liaising with digital specialists (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, web developers) and holding teams accountable to briefs.
Local Search Savvy: Practical experience managing and updating Google Business Profiles and local citations.
Organization & Detail: Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to juggle tasks across multiple brands in a focused 10 hours per week.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, polished tone suitable for peer-to-peer medical communication.
Location: Based in Sydney with the ability to attend ourChatswoodoffice when required.
