Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Manager to lead Flametrees Restaurant, Cafe & Bar at Ramada Resort by Wyndham Phillip Island in Victoria, Australia.
You will manage day-to-day F&B; operations, recruit and train staff, and oversee service quality across a high-energy outlet.
You will coordinate schedules, ensure compliance with RSA and OH&S; standards, and lead a team through daily trade and special events, delivering memorable guest experiences in a coastal resort
