As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you'll support the daily operations of the restaurant, lead by example on the floor and help deliver exceptional service to guests from around the world.

Where you'll make an impact
Support the day-to-day operations of Sails, ensuring smooth and productive restaurant service
Lead by example on the floor, providing guidance and support to Food & Beverage Attendants
Deliver friendly, skilled and attentive service to guests
Assist with training and developing team members to maintain high service standards
Coordinate daily service activities,



including section allocations and guest requirements
Work closely with the kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless food and beverage service
Respond to guest enquiries and feedback professionally
Maintain cleanliness, presentation and workplace health and safety standards
What we're looking for
You're a confident and enthusiastic hospitality professional who enjoys leading from the front.
You have a strong understanding of restaurant operations, excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering great guest experiences.
You remain calm during busy service periods, support your team and take pride in maintaining high standards.
To be successful, you'll need:
Previous experience in a Food & Beverage role within a busy restaurant environment
Experience supervising or leading a team (Desirable)
Strong understanding of food and beverage service standards
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage competing priorities
Strong attention to detail and professional personal presentation
A positive attitude and willingness to support and develop team members
