** KONE are looking for a **Project Manager**to join our **New Building Solutions Team** in **Mascot, NSW.
** This person will administer and control projects across Sydney using their ability to manage resources, engage proactively with customers and motivate and inspire project teams.
**What will you be doing?
*** Achieve KONE's safety targets by developing a safety focused culture, ensuring adherence to clearly defined procedures and guidelines.
* Effectively communicate with customers and subcontractors throughout the installation process.
* Support site managers and provide leadership during project escalations.
* Manage project financials, budgets, forecasting, and reporting.




* Champion continuous improvement initiatives across the delivery function.
**What are we looking for?
*** 5+ years' experience in delivering construction projects.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications highly desirable (i.e. Construction Management, Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering).
* Lift industry experience desired.
* Experience managing a high volume of projects at one time.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building trusted relationships and driving successful outcomes.
* Strong commercial and financial acumen.
* Valid Australian driver's license.
