ABOUT YOUR CURRENT ROLE
This is a fixed term role until October **** on a part-time basis (0.2 FTE) at our Fitzroy location.
This is your chance to join our education team and continue driving education and training innovation across orthopaedics nursing.
What you'll be doing
Support our staff and diverse learners - from postgraduate students to enrolled and registered nurse graduates
Deliver specialised clinical education that transforms practice
Champion professionalism and foster collaborative teamwork
Lead mandatory competency assessments
Identify learning gaps and create innovative solutions
Design and facilitate targeted in-service education sessions
What we're looking for in you
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Proven experience supporting diverse nursing learners (enrolled & registered)
Minimum 3 years specialised experience in orthopaedics nursing
Passion for education and mentoring excellence
Innovation mindset and collaborative spirit
Desirable - Post-graduate qualification in orthopaedics nursing and/or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or actively pursuing)
Ability to work flexibly
