We are currently seekingBlackberry Pickersto join our harvest team at our farm inDunorlan, Tasmaniafor the********* season.
As part of our harvest team, you will:
Pick blackberries in line with crop forecasts and operationalrequirements.
Be adaptable and willing to work across other farm areas asrequired.
Work on a casual basis, with hours dependent on crop availabilityand operational needs.
Receive on-the-job training from experienced supervisors to ensurethe highest fruit quality standards are maintained.
Perform physically demanding work,



including walking and repetitivemovements of the hands, wrists, and arms.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have genuine blackberry picking experience (preferred).
If you have previously worked for Costa, please include yourCostaPayroll IDin your application.
Have reliable transport, as our farms are located in regional areasand are not accessible by public transport.
Be reliable, motivated, and productive.
Work effectively within a diverse team environment and show respectfor people from all cultural backgrounds.
Enjoy working outdoors and take pride in producing high-qualityfruit.
