** We are seeking a **Site Manager** to join our **Recent Building Solutions** team in **Mascot, NSW**.
In this role, you will oversee and coordinate multiple projects across Sydney, ensuring successful delivery through leadership, resource management, and customer engagement.
You will play a key role in motivating and guiding your team, fostering a positive work workplace, and driving outstanding project outcomes.
**What will you be doing?
*** Plan and organise the delivery and storage of materials/tools to the site.
* Effectively communicate with customers and subcontractors throughout the installation process.
* Ensure that the work is carried out in line with clearly defined procedures and guidelines.




* Achieve KONE's safety targets by developing and maintaining a safety focused culture.
* Be an inspiring team leader who gets the best out of the others and always strives to exceed customer expectations.
* Drive continuous improvement across projects.
**What are we looking for?
*** 5+ years' experience managing project delivery at a site level.
* Contractor management experience.
* Lift industry experience highly regarded.
* Strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.
* Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Current Australian Driver's Licence.
