YOUR NEW ROLE
Reporting to the Head Manager of theintegrated document review/legal tech/ediscovery/legal projects team, as a senior project manager,you will love thechallenge+ variety+satisfaction:
leadingdocument review managers/ lawyers/paralegals/legal tech professionals+ project managing/overseeingdoc review projects to ensure adherence to cost, quality and time expectations;
liaising with Partners, your senior managers/colleagues/subordinates, corporate services team and external service providers to fulfil your variousbusiness strategicfunctions including:
1) knowledge sharing/performance coaching staff in your team;
2) contributing to developing new initiatives/strategies to meet market demands and drive necessary change;
3) assisting with developing national learning programs to build the capability of the team, drive high performance and deliver results;
4) assisting with recruitment.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
Have a law degree (essential)+ additional qualifications in information management/project management/IT (preferable not essential);
Have5+ years(up to senior) legal/legal tech industry experience includingminimum 3+ years'experience as a practising litigation/corporate/commercial/competition lawyer at some point in your career;
Have had experience in large-scaledocument review/ediscovery+ some exposure tolegal technology(preferable);
Have solidleadershipexperience managing a team of lawyers/paralegals+project managementexperience (essential);
Have outstandingcommunication, people/relationship/stakeholder managementskills;
Are super organized+deadline driven+ can deliver even under pressure/tight time frames;
are hungry to carve out+grow along-term'alternative legal' career as aspecialist legal project managerwith a first-class high-tech global firm which heavily invests in their staff.
