ConsultANZis seeking a technically mindedMaintenance Systems Engineerto join a leading provider of foundation and ground improvement solutions, driving the rollout of a new maintenance management system across Australia.
This is a great opportunity for an engineer who enjoys technology, coding and problem-solving to take ownership of a national systems implementation, integrate digital platforms and develop smarter reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the national rollout, implementation and continuous improvement of the current CMMS platform.
Develop SQL/Python scripts and integrate API data feeds, telematics, GPS and operational systems.
Configure and maintain asset hierarchies, maintenance plans, work orders and task libraries.
Build reports, dashboards and automated workflows to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
Manage system testing, upgrades, data migration and user acceptance activities.
Drive business-wide system adoption by providing technical support and user training.
Identify automation opportunities to streamline maintenance planning, reporting and preventative maintenance processes.




About You
Minimum 5 years' experience in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Software Engineering or a related field.
Strong computer skills and an interest in coding, data and systems integration.
Exposure to SQL, Python, APIs, databases or reporting tools.
A proactive problem-solver who enjoys learning and implementing new technology.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with maintenance systems or CMMS platforms is advantageous but not essential.
