El Jannah Glenelg is seeking a Shift Leader to join the opening leadership team for South Australia's first El Jannah restaurant.
You'll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to drive daily operations, service standards and on-floor leadership, helping to train our founding Glenelg crew.
You'll lead from the front, champions EJ Way, ensure food safety and guest satisfaction, manage rosters, and contribute to a culture of high performance as the brand grows in this recent state.
