Regional Operations Manager- Remediation Services
Spec Services is a growing remediation and specialist cleaning services company.
We work across commercial, industrial and environmental sites, including emergency and biohazard clean-ups.
Through safe, efficient, and high-quality standards, we have become a trusted provider of service contract management across multiple sectors.
About the Role
A hands-on leadership role for someone who'd rather be on site with their teams and clients than behind a desk.
At Spec Services, you'll lead the delivery of our ACT & SNSW portfolio from the front.
You'll spend most of your week out on site, leading teams, checking quality first-hand, building client relationships and spotting opportunities to grow the business.
A vehicle will be provided as part of the role as well as company phone and laptop.
Key Responsibilities
Be visible on site, leading your teams and inspecting quality first-hand across ACT & SNSW
Drive a strong safety culture through site inspections, toolbox talks and hands-on hazard follow-up, ensuring full WHS compliance
Plan, coordinate, and deliver projects efficiently with a focus on productivity and profitability
Meet clients face to face, build strong relationships and grow the ACT & SNSW portfolio through new opportunities and industry connections
Recruit, coach and lead, high-performing teams across multiple sites
Ensure all incidents, hazards, and near misses are reported and managed appropriately
Use your IT skills to prepare quotes, client communications and accurate operational reports




About You
3+ years' experience in a multi-site operations or regional supervisor role
Experience in construction, industrial, logistics or similar environments
Strong leadership and team development capabilities
Proven ability to build client relationships and identify business opportunities
Solid organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
Confident using Microsoft Office, Google Suite and operational systems for quoting, reporting and client communication

Requirements
A current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
Valid Australian Driver's Licence
Full working rights in Australia
