About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys partnering with operational leaders, influencing decision‐making and turning numbers into meaningful business outcomes to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
As our Plant Business Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor to operational stakeholders, providing financial analysis, reporting, forecasting and commercial insights that drive performance across the business. You'll play a key role in ensuring financial integrity while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
Deliver accurate and insightful monthly financial reporting and performance analysis
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across the site
Analyse business performance, identify trends and provide actionable recommendations
Partner with operational teams on product costing, inventory management and cost optimisation




Maintain strong financial controls, reconciliations and compliance processes
Support audits, process improvements and system enhancements
Train and support stakeholders on finance systems, processes and best practice
About You
You'll be a commercially focused finance professional who enjoys working closely with the business and influencing outcomes.
You'll bring:
Strong financial analysis, reporting and business partnering experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong attention to detail and sound commercial judgement
Experience working within manufacturing, operations or industrial environments
