The Project You will be overseeing a $3M alterations and additions project in Vaucluse, working on a high-end residential home with detailed architectural finishes and quality specifications.
The Role: Oversee day-to-day site operations and construction activities.
Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers.
Manage site programming, sequencing and project deadlines.
Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality control and site presentation.




Liaise with the Site Manager, architects, consultants and clients.
Ensure site safety and WHS compliance.
About You: Previous experience as a Foreman within high-end residential construction.
Strong background in alterations and additions, renovations or architecturally designed homes.
Confident coordinating trades and managing day-to-day site operations.
Solid understanding of construction sequencing, architectural drawings and detailed finishes.
Excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach to site management.
High standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
