Personal Care Worker | Residential Aged Care Churches of Christ | Little Mountain, QLD Permanent Part time About the Opportunity As a Personal Care Worker with Churches of Christ at Little Mountain Aged Care, Little Mountain, you'll play an important role in providing direct care and supporting residents, assisting them with daily living activities in line with individual care plans.
You will collaborate with teams to contribute to a safe, respectful and supportive environment for residents.
What you'll be responsible for Assisting with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meals Supporting residents' emotional wellbeing and meaningful social engagement Maintaining residents' dignity, privacy, and confidentiality Contributing to a safe, welcoming, and homelike environment Observing and reporting changes in residents' condition to nursing staff About you You are caring, compassionate and committed to delivering high-quality resident-centred care.
You value teamwork, build positive relationships and take pride in supporting older people to live with dignity and respect.
You'll ideally bring : Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification (or working towards it) Experience in the aged care sector Strong interpersonal skills Current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain.
