Your chance: Provide leadership in developing and implementing innovative strategies to improve student achievement and attendance, particularly in schools supporting students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Monitor individual student performance and behaviour, implement intervention strategies where required, and prepare data reports for the Principal when requested.
Develop and coordinate engagement and induction strategies for new arrivals, addressing their academic, social and emotional needs in collaboration with families, staff and external agencies.




Work collaboratively with school leadership, teachers, parents, higher education institutions and community organisations to strengthen student attendance, engagement and learning outcomes.
Promote socially just practices and ensure relevant legislation and policies are understood and followed, while managing the department's human, financial, facilities and curriculum resources.
