Our team provides a diverse range of services, including outpatient dispensing, inpatient clinical pharmacy services and comprehensive medication management.

About you: In your new role you will...
Work cooperatively and effectively within the team and with patients and clients.
Promote and contribute to enhancing relationships with other healthcare providers and institutions to enhance patient flow between healthcare settings.




Develop clinical practice knowledge and expertise through active learning within the team and by engaging in professional development activities.
Provide clinical education pertaining to routine tasks for interns, students and less experienced staff with the support of senior clinical staff.
Participate in the identification, development and implementation of quality and service improvement activities that enhance the delivery of pharmacy services within the local service area.
