This position offers the chance to lead a multi-faceted operation and shape the guest experience across all revenue streams.
Manage all aspects of a high-volume venue: F B service, gaming operations, bottle shop, and late-night trading (4am close) $100,000 to $110,000 per annum plus super, permanent full-time role Lead a team across food, beverage, gaming, and bottle shop Preferred Requirements Proven experience managing multi-faceted hospitality venues with F B, gaming, and retail operations Solid track record in P L management, cost control,
