The project will involve electrical installation, infrastructure upgrades, testing and commissioning-related works across a Defence facility.
We welcome applications from electricians with commercial construction, industrial and infrastructure experience.
Previous commissioning experience would be advantageous but is not essential What's On Offer Electrical Supervisors: $65–$75 p/h - flat rate Electricians: $***** - $*****p/h (EBA-based, including site allowance) + penalties $40 per day travel allowance for both positions Casual employment 6–9 months of ongoing work Monday to Friday, with overtime opportunities 8–10 hour days Immediate starts available Prospect to work on a major Defence infrastructure project Key Responsibilities Electrical installation and infrastructure upgrade works Cable installation,
containment and terminations Electrical testing and commissioning support Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and specifications Working in accordance with site safety and quality requirements Supervising electrical trades and coordinating site activities (Supervisor positions) Requirements Current unrestricted Australian Electrical Licence Australian citizenship held for more than 5 years Current driver's licence Previous commercial or industrial electrical experience Supervisory experience required for Electrical Supervisor positions Commissioning experience advantageous but not essential Must be based in Adelaide Available to commence ASAP Ability to meet Defence site access and security requirements If you're an experienced Electrical Supervisor or Electrician looking for consistent work on a major Defence project in Adelaide, we'd like to hear from you.
