The Opportunity An opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join the team and take ownership of a quality residential portfolio.
You will have the autonomy to run your portfolio, backed by reliable administrative support, established processes and a team that understands the importance of working collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end operations of a residential property portfolio.
Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears management.
Conduct routine inspections, ingoing and outgoing condition reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
Coordinate maintenance, repairs and ongoing property requirements.




Ensure legislative compliance and maintain best-practice procedures.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members when required.
About You Previous experience in residential Property Management, ideally at Senior level.
Confident managing a portfolio independently.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive, professional and solutions-focused approach.
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle preferred.
