ORSR supports sport and recreation organisations, local government, and the community by providing leadership and support through the development and delivery of funding, policy, programs, infrastructure planning and management, and high-performance pathways.
The ORSR offices are located at the South Australian Sports Institute on the fringe of the Adelaide CBD at Mile End.

Through its communications function, it enhances the organisation's profile and public presence, while its business operations and governance teams provide specialised corporate support and advice.
Informed by market intelligence, research and evaluation, the division generates industry insights which shape strategy and improve sector outcomes.
The funding services team administers the Sports Vouchers Plus program and manages the assessment and allocation of grants across one off, term and ongoing programs that support industry priorities.
The division also leads commercial and partnership opportunities that leverage ORSR's assets to drive sustainable revenue and maximise value.

Role Details The position has leadership of the Agency's procurement and contracts functions and resources to successfully deliver results that align to the strategic objectives of the Agency and support a coordinated organisation wide framework.
Supported by a Procurement Administration Officer, the role provides expert advice and leadership and ensuring that any risks and issues are identified and effectively managed and is accountable for ensuring compliance with both the Agency's and the Government's standards, policies and procedures Special Conditions The Incumbent will be required to participate in the Agency's Performance Management Program.
The Incumbent may be assigned to another position at this remuneration level or equivalent.
This role requires a working with children check.
This role requires a National Criminal History check.
Essential Qualification Extensive experience in leading complex procurement and contract management at a senior level.
Classification ASO7 - Administrative Services Officer Salary Range $116,089 - $125,490 p.a.
