Position Available We're looking for aPart-Time Bartender (24-25 hrs per week) to join our team at San Telmo Brisbane. This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a busy restaurant bar, has a passion for cocktails, wine and spirits, and takes pride in delivering friendly, efficient and knowledgeable service. enjoyed side-by-side with a wonderful team Structured training and ongoing development from an experienced bar leadership team Regular appraisals and development plan reviews, so you'll always know how you're tracking and have a clear pathway for further development Genuine opportunities for career progression and internal promotion Develop your knowledge of Argentinian wines, classic cocktails, premium spirits and South American hospitality Be part of an established hospitality group with six unique venues across Melbourne and Brisbane Your Day-to-Day Will Include Preparing and serving cocktails, wines, beers and spirits to San Telmo Brisbane's standards, ensuring quality, consistency and presentation Delivering warm, attentive bar service, confidently recommending drinks and sharing your knowledge with guests Working closely with the bar and restaurant teams to ensure smooth, efficient service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, stock organisation and responsible alcohol service What We're Looking For Demonstrated experience as a Bartender in a busy restaurant or similar hospitality environment, with confidence preparing cocktails and managing high-volume service Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer and spirits , excellent customer service skills and a current Queensland RSA certificate Versatile availability , including evenings, weekends and public holidays, with the ability to work busy weekend shifts Who You Are Passionate about cocktails, wine, spirits and genuine hospitality Warm, engaging and confident when interacting with guests Calm, organised and efficient during busy services A proactive, reliable team player who communicates well with both bar and floor staff Well-presented, punctual and committed to delivering consistently high standards Keen to learn, develop your skills and contribute to a positive team setting #J-18808-Ljbffr
