The Directors are actively planning the firm's medium-term succession and are appointing a Salaried Director now to take on client leadership and be part of what comes next, with a credible pathway to equity within a realistic timeframe.Key responsibilitiesTake responsibility for an established portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices and complex privately owned groupsLead business services and advisory engagements, including compliance, structuring, tax and strategic advice for private groupsAct as the trusted adviser to business owners and families across their business and personal affairsWork alongside the existing Directors on client strategy,
