This permanent part-time role (2 days/week) focuses on leading daily operations, resident relations and financial performance to sustain a protected, welcoming community.
You'll oversee compliance with NSW Retirement Villages Act ****, manage teams and coordinate sales activities while ensuring high standards of care and independence for residents.
