Data Analyst
to join a large, purpose-driven organisation. This is a great opportunity to use your analytical expertise to influence workforce strategy, improve employee experience and provide valuable insights to senior leadership.
Working within the People & Culture team, you'll play a key role in transforming workforce data into actionable insights, developing dashboards and delivering reporting that supports strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain interactive people analytics dashboards and reports.
Analyse workforce trends, identify opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
Deliver executive-level reporting and insights to support workforce planning.
Partner with HR, IT and business stakeholders to improve data quality and reporting capabilities.




Support predictive analytics and workforce intelligence initiatives.
Ensure data accuracy, governance and compliance across people systems.
Proven experience in People Analytics, HR Reporting, Workforce Analytics or Business Intelligence.
Strong skills in Power BI, Tableau or Qlik.
Advanced SQL, SAS or similar data analysis skills.
Advanced Excel skills and experience working with HRIS platforms (Aurion highly regarded).
Experience developing dashboards and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
Solid analytical, problem-solving and data storytelling skills.
Experience within a large corporate or public sector environment will be highly regarded.
