You will oversee preventative and reactive maintenance, manage budgets and contractors, and ensure compliance with building, fire, and WHS standards while protecting the guest experience.
You willcoordinate with operations to minimise disruption, drive energy efficiency, and provide regular performance reports to the General Manager.
