About the Role
You'll play an important role in delivering quality dining experiences across Kingfisher Bay Resort's restaurants, bars and event spaces while supporting the day-to-day leadership of kitchen operations.
Working alongside a talented culinary team, you'll take ownership of your section, maintain food quality and presentation standards, support junior team members and help ensure smooth kitchen operations during service.
This is a fantastic prospect for a chef looking to build leadership experience within a large resort environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Prepare and present high-quality meals and dishes
Lead your section and support kitchen operations
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards




Train and support junior kitchen team members
Monitor stock, quality and kitchen presentation standards
About You
You take pride in creating quality food, leading by example and delivering memorable dining experiences in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
You'll bring:
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification
Minimum 1 year's experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
Experience in a high-volume resort, hotel or commercial kitchen
Strong organisation, communication and time management skills
A passion for quality food and exceptional guest experiences
