About the Role
KORE Geosystems is hiring a
Project Geologist
to join the Projects team,playing a key role in onboarding and supporting clients,while helping to drive growth and expansion across theAPAC region.
This role combines practical geology knowledgewith hands-on implementation and customer success.Working directly with geology teams, the successfulcandidate will deploy KORE's software, train users,and ensure continued adoption and satisfaction.
As a subject matter expert in geology and geosciences,you will collaborate closely with internal teams,including AI, Software, Product, Sales, and Marketing,to share field-driven insights that inform productdevelopment, improve training content, and supportearly-stage sales conversations through technicalinput and pilot support.




This is a client-facing role where you will play a keypart in ensuring successful rollout and long-term valuedelivery of the KORE platform at core facilities andoperational sites.
Customer Success
Lead onboarding for current mining clients; includingproject setup, configuration, and training.
Ensure smooth go-live and transition clients intoregular usage of the platform.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existingclients, serving as their primary point of contact.
Understand clients' geological challenges, workflows,and goals to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
Work with site teams to establish digital workflowsfor imaging, logging, and AI-assisted tools withinthe software.
Conduct regular check-ins and success reviews toensure clients are meeting their goals.
Monitor client usage and engagement.
Proactively address adoption or workflow issues.
Provide feedback to internal teams to supportcontinuous improvement.
Partner with the Sales team to ensure technicalalignment during early-stage conversations orpilot programs.
Provide input on client needs and use cases tostrengthen proposals, demonstrations, andcommercial strategies.
Provide technical expertise and industry insightsduring sales meetings, demonstrations, and conferences.
Conduct product demonstrations, emphasizing thesoftware's capabilities and how it aligns withclients' geological workflows.
Provide technical expertise to support marketingcontent, including case studies, presentations,and customer-facing materials that accuratelyreflect geological workflows.
Use subject matter expertise to translate complexgeoscience concepts into compelling value propositions,support client engagement and market positioningacross the mining and exploration geoscience sectors.
Cross-Functional Collaboration




Collaborate with internal teams including AI,Software, Product, and Marketing as the subjectmatter expert in geology and geosciences.
Share field-based insights to help shape productfeatures, improve training materials, and ensurealignment with client-facing messaging and priorities.

Clients are onboarded on time and using thesystem as intended.
High engagement and satisfaction from geologyand technical teams.
Regular usage of key features, including AItools and integration workflows.
Early identification and quick resolutionof client issues.

Provide support and technical input to theSales team strengthen pilots and client conversations.
About You
Degree in Geology or Earth Sciences(or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in core logging,mine geology, geotechnical/structural geology,or exploration
Excellent communication and clientrelationship skills
Comfortable working independently andmanaging your own client workload
Excellent communication and presentation skills,with the ability to effectively convey complextechnical concepts to diverse audiences
Experience with platforms like acQuire,IMAGO, Leapfrog, or other digital geology tools
Previous customer-facing experienceis highly regarded
Flexibility to travel occasionally for clientmeeting, customer mine site visits,and conferences
