your responsibilities will include: To create an inclusive, supportive and learning group environment for patients to explore their interest and abilities in creative activities, facilitating such groups within various programs To work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team/s in the care planning and management of participants in various programs Attending relevant multidisciplinary team meetings.
Participating in the development and review of programs as necessary.
Participating in the development and evaluation of policies as appropriate.
Contributing to quality improvement and research projects.
Selection Criteria: Recognised Allied Health Qualifications or relevant Solid knowledge and relevant experience working with both DBT and ACT modalities Demonstrated experience in working with different members of a multidisciplinary team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong focus on patient care and customer service Strong computer skills and experience in quality improvement
