Support students and less experienced staff with everyday clinical tasks, sharing your knowledge while continuing to learn from the team.
About you: You're a registered nurse with current AHPRA registration and, ideally, eligibility to become an Authorised Mental Health Practitioner under the Queensland Mental Health Act ****.
Have the skills and knowledge to support people experiencing complex mental health challenges, including conducting risk assessments and triage, with an understanding of relevant legislation and national mental health standards.
Bring robust communication and therapeutic skills, build positive relationships with consumers and colleagues, and thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
Can manage competing priorities, deliver quality adult mental health care and share your knowledge with others.
You're also keen to support and educate colleagues while continuing to develop your own clinical skills.
