The ACT Government, via the Thriving Communities Group, seeks a Head of Sales and Commercial Transactions to lead the Sales & Client Services and Commercial Transaction teams. You will drive end-to-end sales, manage legal documentation, risk, pricing and reporting to meet strategic objectives.
Reporting to the Executive Director, you will collaborate with senior leaders across SLA and ACTPS, champion inclusion, and guide budgets, suppliers and governance across a rapid-paced environment.
