Trifecta Recruitment have partnered with a highly respected Tier 3 Commercial builder who specialise in delivering new build, refurbishment and fitout projects across the Retail, Commercial, Education, Childcare and Industrial sectors.

With a robust pipeline of secured work and a well-established team structure, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their Melbourne team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside respected industry leaders while taking ownership of a diverse range of commercial construction projects valued between $1M - $60M.

Your New Role

- Take ownership of projects from initial planning and procurement through to construction, delivery and handover.
- Manage project budgets, financial forecasting, cost reporting and overall commercial performance.
- Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
- Manage client relationships, providing regular project updates and ensuring expectations are consistently met.
- Oversee project programming, procurement, subcontractor negotiations and construction methodologies.
- Identify and manage project risks, variations and contractual obligations.
- Work closely with senior management and Contract Administrators to ensure successful project outcomes.

What You Need To Succeed

- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the Victorian Commercial Construction market.




- Experience delivering commercial new build, refurbishment or fitout projects.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage project budgets and financial performance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead site teams and coordinate multiple subcontractors and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of construction programming, procurement and contract administration.
- A proactive approach with the ability to take ownership and drive projects through to completion.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or similar will be highly regarded.
