About the role

Step into a hands-on leadership role where you'll help keep our community clean, safe and sustainable. As our Leading Hand Landfill, you'll coordinate daily operations at the Englands Road Waste Management Facility, lead a dedicated team, operate heavy plant and equipment, and ensure the site runs safely, efficiently and in line with environmental standards. This is a great opportunity for an experienced operator ready to take the next step in their career.

About you

You're a practical, team-focused professional who enjoys working outdoors and leading by example. With experience operating heavy machinery and a strong commitment to safety, you're confident coordinating work activities, supporting others and delivering quality outcomes. You take pride in maintaining high standards, building positive working relationships and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.

What’s on offer?

- Competitive base salary from $72.5K -$76K, depending on your capabilities and experience + allowances + 12% superannuation
- 7-day rotating roster with applicable penalty rates
- Permanent Full-Time 38 hours per week
