At Trippas White Group, we create exceptional hospitality experiences in some of Australia's most recognised venues, including the Sydney Opera House, Taronga Zoo, the Australian War Memorial, the National Gallery of Australia, Virgin and Singapore Airlines Lounges.

We are seeking reliable and motivated Kitchenhands, Catering Assistants, Bar Attendants and Housekeepers to join our team at the NSW Police Academy. If you take pride in your work and enjoy being part of a busy, supportive team, we would love to hear from you.

These roles support the Academy’s daily operations, helping keep our catering, bar and accommodation services clean, welcoming and running smoothly.

What you will be doing:

Depending on the position you apply for, your key responsibilities will include:

- Kitchenhands – Wash dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment, keep kitchen areas clean and organised, and assist with basic food preparation and waste removal.
- Catering Assistants – Assist with food preparation, presentation and service, replenish food and supplies, and keep dining and service areas clean and tidy.




- Bar Attendants – Serve drinks, provide friendly customer service, process payments, replenish stock and maintain a clean, organised bar while following responsible service practices.
- Housekeepers – Clean accommodation rooms, bathrooms and common areas, change linen, replenish supplies and report maintenance issues.
- Across all roles – Work safely, follow hygiene and site procedures, and support your teammates to deliver a high standard of service.

Each position offers the chance to contribute to the daily experience of students, staff and guests at the Academy.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for people who are dependable, hands-on and willing to get involved. Relevant hospitality, bar or housekeeping experience is valued, along with attention to detail, friendly communication and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bar Attendant applicants must hold a current NSW RSA certificate. For all roles, bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic and commitment to safe working practices.
