Swell Stays is a locally owned holiday property management company looking after more than 100 beautiful holiday homes across the Margaret River region.

We're looking for a super friendly, outgoing and organised superstar to join our team!

This is the perfect role for someone who loves people, brings positive energy wherever they go and enjoys making someone's day a little brighter.

You'll be the friendly voice our guests hear on the phone, the welcoming face of our office and an important part of keeping our busy operations running smoothly.

And because we're a growing business, no two days will ever be the same!

What you'll be doing

- Answering phone calls with a smile (yes, we want someone who actually LOVES talking on the phone!).

- Chatting with guests and owners, helping with enquiries and making sure everyone feels welcome and looked after.

- Being the friendly face of our Margaret River office.

- Responding to emails and assisting with bookings and guest requests.

- Helping our operations team with maintenance requests, contractors and follow-ups.

- Keeping things organised behind the scenes.

- Jumping in wherever needed and bringing great energy to the team.

You're our kind of person if you...

- Are organised, proactive and have great attention to detail.

- Are confident with computers and happy to learn new systems.

Experience in hospitality, tourism, reception or administration is a bonus, but personality and attitude are what matter most to us.

We can teach you our systems. We can't teach you to genuinely love people!
