Allied Recruitment is seeking experienced HC Semi-Tipper Drivers for permanent bulk haulage positions operating throughout the southern Perth metropolitan area.

The roles involve transporting sand, quarry products and bulk materials using modern prime movers with single semi-tipper trailers. Rotating six-day/five-day fortnightly roster, early starts and approximately 10-hour shifts, providing regular overtime opportunities.

Applicants must have proven semi-tipper experience, particularly reversing, positioning and safely tipping articulated trailers in quarry or bulk haulage enviroments.

Key Duties:

• Operate HC prime movers with single semi-tipper trailers.

• Transport sand, quarry products and bulk materials across the Peel Region and southern Perth Metro.

• Safely reverse, position and operate end-tipper trailers.

• Complete daily vehicle pre-start inspections.

• Follow quarry traffic management and loading/unloading procedures.

• Maintain accurate driving, fatigue and delivery documentation.

• Comply with Chain of Responsibility and heavy vehicle safety requirements.

• Communicate with dispatch personnel regarding daily movements and delivery requirements.

• Follow all site-specific WHS procedures and operational instructions.





• Report vehicle defects, hazards and operational concerns promptly.

What We're Looking For:

• Current WA HC Driver's Licence.

• Proven experience operating HC semi-tippers.

• Confident reversing, positioning and tipping articulated trailers.

• Previous quarry, sand or bulk material haulage experience.

• Sound knowledge of fatigue management and heavy vehicle compliance.

• Fatigue Management Certificate or willingness to obtain.

• Current Commercial Vehicle Driver Medical (CVDM) or willingness to obtain independently.

• Ability to pass pre-employment Drug & Alcohol Screening (DAS).

• Ability to obtain a satisfactory National Police Clearance (NPC).

• Willingness to undertake ongoing site drug and alcohol testing.

• Ability to complete required online and site-specific inductions.

• Availability for early starts, rotating Saturday work and additional hours as required.

• Strong safety awareness, reliability and ability to work independently.
