We're looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our Malvern boutique, inspire our team and create an exceptional shopping experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

The Prospect

As our Malvern Store Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the store's success. You'll combine your love of fashion and styling with strong commercial instincts, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding service while achieving sales and performance goals.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their store, leads by example and knows how to turn a great customer experience into lasting customer relationships.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead and inspire: Coach, motivate and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

- Drive results: Take ownership of store performance, using key retail metrics including sales, conversion, average transaction value and items per transaction to identify opportunities.

- Create memorable experiences: Build genuine customer relationships through personalised service, styling advice and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

- Bring our brand to life: Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and presentation standards that reflect the White & Co aesthetic.

- Own your store: Oversee daily operations, stock management, rostering and store standards to ensure everything runs smoothly.

- Build a strong team culture: Foster an engaged, accountable and supportive environment where everyone feels motivated to succeed.

About You

You're a confident retail leader who loves being on the shop floor, connecting with customers and helping your team succeed.

You'll bring:

- Proven experience in fashion retail management or a senior retail leadership role.





- A genuine passion for women's fashion, styling and creating beautiful customer experiences.

- Energy and adaptability: You thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, bringing a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to confidently juggle competing priorities.

- Tech-savvy and confident: You're comfortable using technology as part of your everyday role, from retail systems and reporting tools to digital communication platforms, and you're quick to embrace new ways of working.

- Strong commercial awareness and a track record of achieving sales targets.

- The ability to coach, develop and motivate a team through hands-on leadership.

- Confidence working with retail KPIs and translating results into action.

- Excellent organisational skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

- A positive, approachable personality and a natural ability to build relationships.
