What's the Role?
As a Driller's Offsider, you'll work alongside experienced drillers supporting exploration and mining operations across Western Australia.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting the Driller with daily drilling operations
- Handling drill rods, tooling and equipment
- Operating support vehicles and site equipment
- Collecting, handling and preparing geological samples
- Maintaining a clean and organised worksite
- Performing equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Following strict safety procedures at all times
- Working as part of a team in remote FIFO environments

The Reality of the Job
We believe in being honest from the start.

This role involves:

- FIFO work, typically on a 2/1 roster
- 12+ hour shifts
- Physically demanding manual labour
- Extreme weather conditions including heat, dust and humidity
- Extended periods away from family and friends
- Early starts and long days

This career isn't for everyone, and that's okay.

What We're Looking For To be considered, you'll need:

- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
- Current unrestricted Manual Driver's Licence (essential)
- Residential address in Western Australia
- Robust work ethic and willingness to learn
- Commitment to safety
- Good physical fitness
- Ability to work away from home on rostered FIFO swings
- Positive attitude and resilience

Previous drilling experience is not required. We're looking for attitude, reliability, and people who are willing to put in the work.
