About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Contract Mobilisation & Project Manager to join our team on an initial three-month contract, with the potential for extension based on operational requirements and performance.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, solutions-focused professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys bringing projects from planning through to successful implementation.

Reporting to the Key Account Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end mobilisation, transition and implementation of service contracts across cleaning, healthcare, food and integrated support services.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring new contracts are operationally ready from day one, coordinating people, processes, resources and stakeholders to deliver seamless service transitions.

About the Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Lead and coordinate end-to-end contract mobilisation, transitions and service implementation.

- Develop and execute mobilisation plans, project schedules and key milestones.

- Coordinate workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, training and site readiness.

- Collaborate effectively with the Operations, Human Resources and Compliance teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment across business functions.

- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications throughout the mobilisation process.





- Oversee equipment, consumables, procurement and operational resource requirements.

- Monitor project budgets, timelines, contractual obligations and operational risks.

- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, quality assurance and relevant industry standards.

- Conduct operational readiness assessments and facilitate successful handovers to operational management.

- Identify opportunities to streamline mobilisation processes and drive continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a proactive, adaptable and results-driven professional who can confidently manage competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

- Demonstrated experience in contract mobilisation, project management, service transitions or operational implementation.

- Experience in facilities management, commercial cleaning, healthcare, food services or integrated support services.

- Strong project planning, organisational and time management capabilities.

- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects, tight deadlines and changing operational requirements.

- Sound understanding of contractual compliance, WHS and operational service standards.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make practical, informed decisions.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project reporting.

- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel between client sites as required.
