About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced operator to run our C-Section Roll Forming Machine. This is a hands-on role responsible for producing high-quality steel sections while ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate the C-Section roll-forming machine
- Read and interpret production schedules and job specifications
- Monitor product quality and perform regular quality checks
- Make machine adjustments to maintain accuracy and efficiency
- Troubleshoot minor machine and production issues
- Load and handle steel coil safely
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace
- Work closely with the production and dispatch teams to meet customer deadlines
