Do you love turning complex processes into simple, working solutions? We’re looking for a Digital & Business Transformation Lead to own and deliver our Australia and New Zealand transformation roadmap, creating practical improvements that save employee time, strengthen processes, improve the customer experience and deliver measurable commercial value.

About the role





Reporting to the Managing Director ANZ, we’re looking for a hands-on transformation leader to own and deliver our ANZ digital and business transformation roadmap. This isn’t a “coordinate from the sidelines” role. You’ll work directly with our people to understand how work really gets done, then design, build, configure and land practical solutions that save time, simplify processes, improve the customer experience and deliver measurable commercial value.

You’ll take initiatives end to end, from spotting the opportunity and mapping the process through to build, rollout, adoption and benefits tracking, working alongside employees, subject matter experts, IT, Group Digital and external partners.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a hands-on role with the autonomy to make it your own, backed by a collaborative team. Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Roadmap ownership: Develop, prioritise and deliver the ANZ digital and business transformation roadmap, and be accountable for its progress and outcomes

- Opportunity discovery: Work directly with employees and subject matter experts to understand work at process level, remove unnecessary activity and define opportunities in process improvement, workflow, data, automation and AI

- Hands-on solution delivery: Map and redesign processes, then prototype, configure, build, test and implement practical solutions on approved platforms, engaging specialist support while keeping accountability for delivery

- End-to-end initiative ownership: Take initiatives from business case through design, implementation, training and adoption, then hand over into business-as-usual

- Process improvement: Simplify, standardise and document cross-functional processes, with clear responsibilities and controls that work for frontline users

- Customer and employee experience: Design around user needs so interactions are simpler, faster and more reliable

- Business cases and prioritisation: Define the problem, value, cost, risk and scope, and recommend priorities based on business impact, feasibility and capacity

- Value realisation: Set baselines and targets for time saved, cost reduced, service improved, revenue enabled and errors removed, then report on the benefits realised

- Cross-functional delivery: Lead collaborative delivery with Commercial,



Customer Service, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, HR and other functions, while functional owners stay accountable for subject matter decisions

- Technology alignment and governance: Partner with IT and Group Digital to make sure solutions are secure, scalable, supportable and compliant

- Change and adoption: Deliver communications, training and guidance, and address barriers until new ways of working are embedded

- Delivery transparency: Keep plans, risks and benefits explicit, escalate obstacles early and give concise, outcome-focused executive updates

- Continuous improvement capability: Build improvement capability through coaching, reusable templates and a network of subject matter experts and champions

What will make you successful

· Have working knowledge of SAP, Microsoft 365 including Dynamics, Power Platform, Power BI, AI-enabled tools, and workflow automation, and training in Lean, Six Sigma, change management or agile (highly regarded)

· Have a relevant tertiary qualification (business, technology, engineering, digital, operations or similar) or equivalent qualified experience

· Have a proven record of personally delivering business improvement or technology-enabled change, from discovery through to adoption and measured perks

· Have strong process mapping, problem-solving and business analysis skills, and enjoy simplifying cross-functional workflows

· Have hands-on experience configuring or building workflow, automation, data, collaboration or customer-facing solutions

· Are confident developing roadmaps, business cases and delivery plans with clear success measures

· Build trust and influence frontline employees, senior leaders, IT teams and partners without relying on direct authority

· Have sound knowledge of information security, data privacy, systems integration and technology governance

· Take ownership, back yourself to make decisions and enjoy working with a high degree of autonomy

· Are curious, commercially minded and always looking for better ways to work

· Enjoy working with purpose and want to help shape healthier, more sustainable buildings across Australia and New Zealand

· Have experience in manufacturing, building products, distribution or another multi-site operational business (highly regarded)
