This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead records and information management practices, support legislative compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement across the organisation.

Working as the Coordinator Information Management, you will coordinate Shire’s information management function, leading the team and ensuring effective records management, FOI, privacy and responsible information sharing, CRM administration, and compliance with legislative and organisational requirements

Advantages and Conditions

Conditions of employment are prescribed by the Local Government Officers’ (WA) Award 2021 with a salary payable for this position of Level 7/8 $92,816 to $104,494 per annum depending on qualifications and experience:

- A permanent, fulltime position working 8am to 4:30pm, at the Shire of Harvey, Harvey Administration Building

- Four weeks paid annual leave, including a 17.5% leave loading.

- One rostered day off is available after every 19 days worked, * Rostered days off cannot be accumulated.

- Superannuation of 12% occupational superannuation from date of commencement,



with an opportunity that the Shire will match an employee’s voluntary contribution to their nominated plan provided that employee contributes an amount of at least 5% or 6% of their own salary.

- A medical examination and a current police clearance will be required prior to appointment, costs to be reimbursed by the Shire.

- Free membership to the Leschenault Leisure Centre, the Harvey Recreation and Cultural Centre and the Dr Peter Topham Memorial Swimming Pool
