We're looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join the team at Rosehill Hotel. You'll have a minimum of 1 year of hospitality management experience, strong leadership skills, and excellent gaming knowledge. If you thrive in a rapid-paced venue and are passionate about delivering great guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role
Support the Venue Manager in daily operations, lead the team on shift, maintain service standards, oversee compliance and gaming operations, and ensure an outstanding guest experience.

What you will bring:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality
- Current RSA,
ARCG and RCG certifications
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support a team
- A hands-on, community-first approach to service and guest experience
- Excellent communication skills and a calm head under pressure
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
