About the Role

Reporting to the Retail Support Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management, sales performance and day-to-day operations of our Mandurah store.

This is an autonomous, hands-on leadership position where you will have the chance to make a genuine impact by developing your team, maintaining high operational standards and driving the continued success of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate and develop the store team through ongoing coaching, training and performance management.





- Drive sales performance and achieve individual and store targets through effective selling techniques and exceptional customer service.

- Oversee daily store operations, including staff rostering, administration and reporting.

- Manage inventory control, stock receivals and replenishment to ensure product availability and accuracy.

- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation and promotional execution.

- Manage customer enquiries, complaints and escalations, including warranty and service matters.

- Monitor store performance, identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to support sales growth and profitability.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and workplace health and safety requirements.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a confident and capable retail manager who leads by example, takes initiative and has a genuine commitment to delivering results.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- A minimum of 3 years' retail management experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and business objectives.

- Strong sales abilities and experience in a full-service, customer-focused selling environment.

- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, coach and develop a successful team.

- Sound business acumen, including inventory control, expense management and day-to-day retail operations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to build customer relationships and confidently resolve concerns.

- Strong organisational, administrative and time management skills, with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.

- A proactive, positive and hands-on management approach, with the confidence to work autonomously and take ownership of store performance.

- A current C Class Australian Driver's Licence.

- Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required.

Previous experience in furniture or bedding retail will be highly regarded.
