Our client is a specialist provider of power systems across Australia. They deliver creative solutions for their clients, in a range of niche markets including Data Centres, Utilities, Remote Power, and Process Environments.

The business implements end to end design and project delivery for integrated solutions incorporating; large scale batteries, renewables, rotating generation, and associated electrical / mechanical systems.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Electrician, working towards taking the step into a project management role and will both test and expand your skill-set.

Position Summary :

Supporting the Project and Operations Teams, this role is ideal for an organised professional with a good eye for detail, who thrives within a busy, collaborative team setting. You’ll be able to demonstrate your hands-on experience within an electrical / construction environment and commitment to pursuing a career in project management.

Key responsibilities of the role include :

o Oversee and coordinate daily site operations across electrical and construction projects.

o Supervise electricians, tradespeople, subcontractors and site personnel.

o Coordinate labour, materials,



equipment and subcontractor activities.

o Ensure all works are completed in accordance with project drawings, specifications and construction programmes.

o Monitor project progress, productivity and quality of workmanship.

o Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, site safety procedures and relevant Australian Standards.

o Identify and resolve technical issues, construction challenges and site delays.

o Liaise with Project Managers, clients, builders, consultants and subcontractors.

o Maintain accurate site diaries, timesheets, progress reports and quality documentation.
