About the roleWe are looking for a Concrete Boom Pump Operator to join our team in Central Queensland.
We operate in Rockhampton, Yeppoon and Emerald, close to mines, major civil infrastructure projects and a wide range of pumping operations.
We are a growing company servicing the mining, infrastructure and construction sectors across the region.This is a permanent full-time role working on ongoing infrastructure projects alongside experienced professionals in a growing industry, operating top-of-the-line equipment.What we offerPay starting at $44 per hour (annual salary range $80,000-$90,000), with potential for higher rates based on experienceConsistent work and ample hours, with a steady flow of projectsVariety of equipment, from line pumps to 50m boom pumps, giving you hands-on experienceAccommodation provided for Fly-In Fly-Out (FIFO) positionsFlexible roster options, such as 2 weeks on, 1 week off, for a balanced work-life scheduleWhat you'll doOperate concrete pumping equipment to pump concretePour, spray and spread concrete over areas such as foundations, pools and retaining wallsPrepare the concrete pump for operation by setting up and connecting hoses,



pipes and other equipmentMaintain the concrete pump equipment and perform regular maintenance as requiredMonitor the safety of the concrete boom pump and make sure worksite personnel follow safety protocolsEnsure protected and effective concrete placementCoordinate with worksite personnel to meet customer requirements safelyTroubleshoot machinery errors and breakdowns, with support from the workshop supervisor as neededReport incidents and maintenance requests promptlyFollow worksite and Concrete Pumping Queensland regulations, and adhere to our code of conduct, policies and proceduresSupport colleagues in training and upskillingAbout youCertified Concrete Boom Pump Operator (certification required), with 2 years of experienceCurrent HR Truck Licence, essential for operating the necessary machineryAble to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environmentLocated in, or willing to relocate to, Central Queensland for ongoing projectsFIFO applicants are welcome, with accommodation providedHow to applyReady to make your next move?
