IMPORTANT: Previous voice picking and electric tugger experience is ESSENTIAL.
THE ROLE
Voice picking grocery products using an electric tugger.
Picking and handling products weighing between *****kg.
Stacking, wrapping and preparing pallets.
Repetitive manual handling in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Maintaining productivity and accuracy while meeting strict picking targets.
Following all workplace health and safety procedures.
Shift details:
Day shift – 5 & 6am start.




$45 per hour.
Monday to Friday roster.
Must be available for a full five-day working week.
Weekend overtime availability is essential.
Ongoing, full-time hours.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:
Proven previous voice picking experience.
Electric tugger picking experience – ESSENTIAL.
Previous experience working in a fast-paced distribution centre or warehouse.
Ability to consistently meet picking rates and productivity targets.
Experience handling heavy grocery products and repetitive manual handling.
Excellent reliability and attendance.
A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Availability to work the full roster, including weekend overtime.
A genuine commitment to securing long-term, ongoing employment.
PLEASE NOTE: We are specifically looking for experienced operators who can confidently step into the role.
