Western Sydney Local Health District – Blacktown NSW is seeking a Registered Nurse – Diabetes Education to deliver evidence-based nursing care and diabetes education across inpatients and outpatients. You will contribute to timely assessment, intervention and coordinated patient care within a team-oriented team.
The role requires current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Division 1, with recent acute hospital experience in diabetes management.
