Infinite Aged Care is seeking a Rostering & Staffing Specialist to join the Edge Hill Care Home in Queensland. This full time, site-based role reports to the Facility Manager and focuses on leading front-line rostering across day, afternoon and night shifts to ensure reliable coverage for residents and staff.
You will manage rostering for direct, contracting and labour hire staff, work with the workforce optimisation team to keep data accurate, and oversee communications about shift allocations.
