Community Solutions in Queensland is seeking an NDIS Support Coordinator to help participants achieve greater independence by coordinating supports, understanding NDIS plans and budgets, and addressing barriers with action plans.
You will build relationships with participants and families, negotiate with providers, monitor billable hours and case notes, and contribute to a compliant, organised service delivery setting.
